Applicants for the MHA must submit both a SOPHAS application and UMass Graduate School.
There are two different criteria for admissions to the program. Prospective students need to meet either one of these, not both:

For international applicants or those U.S. citizens who completed their education internationally, the bachelor's degree must be evaluated as equivalent to a four-year degree from the U.S.
